• Official notifications can change after we publish a listing (dates extended, vacancies revised, criteria clarified).
• Our automated "Am I eligible?" check is a convenience tool, not a guarantee — it compares your profile against criteria as we've recorded them, which may lag behind an official update.
• We may occasionally make transcription errors when entering details from a notification.

Always cross-check dates, eligibility, and fees against the official notification or the recruiting organization's website before applying, paying any fee, or making a decision based on information from this site. We are not liable for losses arising from relying solely on our listings instead of the official source.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• This site is intended for users aged 18 and above.
• You may have one account per person; we may suspend accounts used to spam, abuse, or manipulate the platform.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our listings at scale without permission.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation (e.g. excessive automated requests, attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication).
• Use the site to send spam or unsolicited messages to other users.
• Upload or submit false information in your profile with intent to misrepresent your eligibility.

The Vacancy Bell name, logo, site design, and original written content (excluding the underlying facts of government notifications, which are public information) are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse our design or branding without permission. Job/entrance exam notification content itself belongs to the respective recruiting organizations.

This site links to official government and organizational websites for applications, downloads, and notifications. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave vacancybell.com.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vacancy Bell is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including missed deadlines, application errors, or reliance on listing information — the responsibility to verify details against the official source before acting always remains with you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vacancy Bell harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit (such as a profile with information you know to be false) — including reasonable legal fees, to the extent permitted by law.

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — server/hosting outages, internet or telecom disruptions, government action, natural disasters, or similar events. If something like this affects your ability to use the site around a deadline, we still recommend acting early and verifying directly with the official source.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the site, or provide false information. You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Vacancy Bell regarding the site, and supersede any prior understanding — nothing said outside of these documents (e.g. in support chat) changes them unless we update this page.
